ErgoLens turns ordinary footage into posture data. Record the task on a phone or point a webcam at it, and on-device pose estimation measures the joint angles frame by frame. Nothing is uploaded anywhere: the analysis runs on your machine.

ErgoSense takes live motion-capture data and turns it into ergonomic evidence. Joint angles stream onto live dials as the worker moves, the session records, and the review workspace plays it back with the analysis alongside.

Most causal loop tools are drawing packages: you draw the loops, and you are on your own. ErgoLoop reads the diagram back. It finds every closed loop in the model, classifies each one as reinforcing or balancing, and tells you which system archetypes your diagram matches.
For the problems where cause and effect refuse to stay in a straight line, and every fix seems to make it worse.
ErgoBow builds bowties for major accident hazards: threats on the left, the top event in the centre, consequences on the right, and the barriers between them. The method's grammar is enforced as you draw, so preventive barriers anchor to threats and mitigative barriers to consequences, and the diagram stays defensible.

Alarm rationalisation usually runs backwards: alarms get configured, operators drown in nuisance alarms, and only then does anyone ask what the people responding actually needed. ErgoAIR sits upstream of the master alarm database, in the identification and rationalisation stages of the ISA-18.2 lifecycle, capturing the failures an operator must respond to, the indication that tells them, and the response they take.

ErgoDesign puts the human at the centre of the drawing. Place the operator manikin, then the surfaces, screens and controls around them, and the tool scores every item as you go: viewing angle, lateral offset, reach distance, and whether it belongs in the primary, secondary or tertiary zone.

It takes the HEP-scored task tree you have already built in ErgoSphere, with error probabilities from THERP, HEART, CREAM, SPAR-H and the rest, and replays the whole mission a thousand times, sampling every step's HEP under a lognormal uncertainty model.
