2. USE OF SOFTWARE

• You must use the Software only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring that outputs or analyses generated are interpreted appropriately by qualified professionals. The Software does not replace professional judgment.

3. ACCOUNT / LICENSE

Use of the Software may be subject to license terms and restrictions outlined in the End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

• Misuse the Software in a way that harms others or the Company.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of the Software.

We may modify or update the Software at any time without notice. We are not liable for downtime or unavailability.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Software.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against claims arising from your use of the Software.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
